A: There is never a charge to you, the client, for my services. I am paid by the apartment communities from their advertising budgets.

Q: How does your service work?

A: I will ask you for some information which will help me to find you the ideal property. Then I will put together a package of information about the properties that meet your needs. You may visit the apartment communities at your convenience or I can arrange to escort you when you visit them. Please put my name on the application and guest card of the properties you view, so that I can get credit for the referral.
